Join us as we recognize Director of Appraisal Services, Chuck Alexander on his 23rd work anniversary with FORECON. Joining the firm in 2001, with deep prior experience as a CPA, natural resources manager, and land manager, Chuck is a key member of our team. He has been instrumental in growing and leading our appraisal division, our accounting and internal controls functions, and developing our innovative ForestSIM technology. Any of our clients and teammates who’ve worked with Chuck on a project have come to know the potent combination of creativity, enthusiasm, and positive attitude he brings to all his work. Chuck’s expertise in timberland appraisal, accounting, analysis and modeling have made him a sought-after resource by institutional timberland investors, lenders, and high net worth individuals on projects ranging from acquisition due diligence and appraisals to harvest-timing optimization and modeling, and across a broad geography from Tennessee to Michigan to Vermont.
